Jeffersonville put together a winning overall day at the JV meet against a deep and competitive field that included Borden, Bloomington North, Brown County, Charlestown, Floyd Central, Indian Creek, Jennings County, Madison, Seven Oaks, Scottsburg, South Dearborn, and Silver Creek. The day was highlighted by a strong group of undefeated wrestlers, showing poise, toughness, and consistency throughout the event. Going 3–0 on the day were Will P:onsford, Christian Edmundson, Angel Juarez, Jaxon McClemore, Cooper Spaulding, and Jessie Lajoie, all of whom set the tone for the team and wrestled with confidence from start to finish. Also contributing in a big way were the athletes who picked up two wins: Julian Alvarez, Jesus Ruiz, Michael Rozier, Lieuvin Tshimanga, and Shawn Roberts, each battling through tough matches and helping secure the team’s overall success. Bryce Treat, Ari Santos-Moore, and Jahlil Brown each earned a hard-fought win, gaining valuable experience and continuing their development. Overall, it was a very encouraging performance, and we are extremely proud of this young, up-and-coming group as they continue to grow, compete, and represent Jeffersonville the right way.
