The Jeffersonville Red Devils kept their late season momentum rolling with a convincing 72–54 victory over the Floyd Central Highlanders in the opening round of Sectional 15 at Seymour. Coming off their 2025 State Championship run, the Red Devils showed no signs of slowing down as they dismantled their Hoosier Hills Conference rivals. Game Breakdown: Speed vs. Size The contest was defined by Jeffersonville’s relentless pace. While Floyd Central looked to utilize Carter McQuigg in the paint, Jeff's defensive pressure forced the Highlanders into uncomfortable situations early and often. The Final Score: Jeffersonville 72, Floyd Central 54 After a relatively close start, the Red Devils used a signature third-quarter run to extend their lead to double digits, effectively putting the game out of reach before the final frame. Jeffersonville had four players in double-figures, led by Aidan Toler's 20 point game high.
