The wrestlers commenced their second workout of the day at Southridge, with both the boys' JV and girls' varsity teams putting on remarkable performances. The boys' JV wrestling squad delivered an exceptional display, securing victories in six matches against Southridge. Bryan Juarez, Jesse Lejoy, Mason Kesler, Stephen Snow, and Adrian Carillo triumphed, claiming victories in their respective matches by pinning their opponents, demonstrating their technical finesse and strength on the mat. Not to be outdone, the girls' varsity team exhibited remarkable skill, triumphing over Southridge with a final score of 24 to 12. Lynn Padgett, Jo Eimes, Kaylea Beauchamp, Sian Rogers, Ryan Tevis, and Envy Diaz emerged victorious, showcasing their exceptional wrestling abilities and strategic prowess.
