Sept 14, 2024 - The Jeffersonville Cross Country teams traveled to Pekin tonight to compete in the 45th annual Eastern Invite. The boys team continued to make progress this season by turning in a 4th place finish with many season best times. The girls though, stole the show. A team that only had one runner last year, has put in the work and logged the miles over the past few weeks. With their top runner, and only veteran on the team currently sidelined, the girls still managed to put together their first top three finish as a team in several years. They finished 3rd tonight and to say they were surprised is an understatement.
