UPDATED 3/18/25 - 3:05pm And then there were eight! The IHSAA Semi-State Pairings show just ended. Now the remaining eight teams in each of the four classes knows where they will play the Semi-State portion of the IHSAA Boys Basketball State Tourney and they know their opponents. Semi-State play will begin and conclude Saturday, March 22nd. The Red Devils are headed to back to New Castle, IN!! Head Coach Sherron Wilkerson, his staff and team have their sights set squarely on the big prize as they are locked in and excited to continue their journey toward that prize. The Jeffersonville Red Devils boys basketball team will travel to New Castle, IN where they will face Mt. Vernon (Fortville) on Saturday March 22nd at 12:00pm in the south bracket semi-state semi-final game. The other semi-final game will feature Terre Haute North -vs- Lawrence North at 10am. The regular season schedule was built by Coach Wilkerson and staff for this very opportunity. The Red Devils schedule featured 8 of the top 20 teams in the final IBCA rankings (regardless of class). Combine that with the Red Devils experience in venues that are on the road to the state finals and you have an important piece of the puzzle complete. Now Coach Wilkerson and his staff get to work to their strengths which will be implementing a game plan and preparing a very talented Red Devils boys basketball team for the next step in their journey.
